Vehicle hood would not shut properly, and the side panel was not lined up correctly. They had to take it back in for over an hour when I went to pick it up when it was claimed to be ready.

Extremely happy with my truck. Being 11 years old I thought only doing half the truck to fix my boo boo’s would cause mismatched colors but caliber did a superb job and the color is perfectly matched!!!

Caliper did an excellent job repairing our little fender bump. Some people wondered why we wanted to repair such a small bump on a 2017 Mazda 3, but we love that little car. It now looks perfect, and Ian was really helpful with the estimate and repair advice. We would definitely recommend Caliper Collision for repairs.

Obviously, I assume that few people come into your business happy and excited because of the nature of it… But I do have to say I really love all your employees that were there. I got there during a rain storm and waited until it slowed to clear out the stuff in my car. When I went to give them my key back, it started down pouring like a monsoon. They were super cool and nice and had no problem with me staying in the office until the rain slowed down a bit. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. And I’m especially thankful for that because obviously when I total my car, I have to get my stuff from it, and I’m not a happy camper. But everyone there was so inviting and helpful, that it really made me feel at ease. Especially because nothing for me going forward will be good. So it really meant a lot that your people were so nice, warm, and helpful to me.
