Hello, The level of clear and concise communication with my adjuster made all the difference in the world. My last auto repair could not compare in communication or timeliness. However, the last thing you want to do is arrive to pickup your vehicle after a head on collision. This is the first time you see it since it was mangled all over the road weeks ago. When they bring your vehicle to you, apart from any new parts, your vehicle is brought to the front filthy, dirt from your accident still all over it. Even though you take very good care of your vehicle, they bring it to you full of mud, without so much as a vaccumb or water pressure applied to it on the inside or outside. When you pay thousands of dollars for repairs you want those repairs to be unnoticeable, they should blend right in with original vehicle. Not the case for me. I couldn’t overlook this attention to detail.

So many other businesses could take some cues from Caliber. Their customer services should pay close attention to Caliber. They look so effortless when they interact with their customers. They’re relaxed and make eye contact with friendly voices. This is the only place I will go to!!
