Iove the guest parking space right in front t of the shop...No need to walk far in the summer heat. The staff members were great...very polite and friendly...Maggie the office manager was awesome...She's organized, kind, polite, professional, industrious, and responsive to customer's concerns...Andrew, my service consultant as Caliber Collision was perfect. He went to battle with my insurance to get thrm to acknowledge the damages on my car so it can be repaired properly. Andrew was kind, friendly, and totally chill. I'm happy I had him to fight for me...Caliber Collision has always helped customers to get the best repair work on their vehicles. I cannot think of any other body shop that can outshine the excellent works, professionalism, sincere customer focused services, kindness, respectful communication, and convenient check-in and check-out process that I received from my local Caliber Collision body shop.
