The staff did a great job. Especially Andrew and Maggie. Maggie always greeted everyone with a smile and always willing to walk me through the paperwork I had questions on. Andrew did an amazing job updating me about the process of my car. Always greeted me and my family with a smile and answered all the questions we had. Gave me an estimated time of when I would receive my car back, but I received it way sooner.

I had a great experience with this repair shop. From the beginning, they kept me informed and up to date on all the repairs, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process, and they made sure I understood what was being done to my car. They even finished the work sooner than the original estimate, which was a pleasant surprise. On top of that, they went the extra mile by cleaning my car inside and out before returning it. It looked and felt great when I picked it up. Overall, the service was excellent and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional auto repair.

Overall turn around was good but once took my vehicle home to do a good inspection found some new damages from the repairs. Also I found out my vehicle driven on the road which very very disappointing when I ask to avoid it by all means necessary and someone will be held responsible for there actions.

I recently tow my vehicle into caliber collision which was suggested by my state farm insurance for stolen catalytic converters and oxygen sensors. I specifically talk to shop manager about get me vehicle tow to muffler shop to get the repairs done because caliber collision was unable to do it themselves. I received my vehicle back 3-4 days later with damages that were there before it when into caliber collision for repairs. Also my vehicle was driven without my authorization and abused. All was caught on my dash cam and gps. I was lied to about multiple things that happened during the unauthorized driving by the caliber collision manager. I will be filing a lawsuit caliber collision/ manager. As I allow them time to make thing right but seem like there just avoiding me and the situation now. I would definitely avoid this shop on 5421 E Olive ave for catalytic converters/ muffler repairs. I can't say for the auto body side of things since I haven't gotten any work done by them and will never now.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the repair process. Constant updates on your cars status are given and I loved it. They also washed and cleaned my car inside and out.
