Caliber Collision was very helpful through the entire process. They communicated thoroughly about everything from the repair cost to the time it would take to get the car fixed. They also cleaned my car both inside and out which is a nice plus.

I appreciate the team for being quick and effective in handling my case. They answered all the questions I had inquired about. Additionally, when returning to pick up my car, I noticed they washed my car because it was so shiny like as if I had just bought it new off from the dealership. I feel great to know that my car was handle with delicately and properly. I’d recommended this location again & again to families and friends. I didn’t sense any negativity from any staffs. They were positive and respectful. Even the manager knew how to interact with their guests (myself included) and speak their lingo—either that or he’s just a cool chill manager outside of work. The best!!! 10/10 would recommend!!! Awesome team! Awesome workers! Awesome experience.

I really liked my experience with the assigned auto body shop. The staff and managers were pleasant and knowledgeable about the process, and they explained everything clearly. The manager was attentive and extremely friendly. He had a warm attitude, and I was especially delighted that he handled my case from drop-off to pick-up. The customer service was amazing and truly customer-oriented. I would recommend this place to friends and family. My car was serviced in less than 8 hours, and the rental experience was great too. I have no complaints! 10/10 ⭐️ P.S. I got a free car wash and detailing! I really like this place!!!!!
