I was happy with my repair. They matched the color paint perfectly and had washed and vacuumed my car when I picked it up.

Everything that was done was held to the highest quality. Doesn’t sound like much but in the waiting room was coffee and cold water bottles. My car was ready about three days before the estimated time. Very very satisfied.

The business is really nice. Like a show room nice. Has a refreshment center with coffee and other drinks which is nice on a hot day. I was well taken care of. So was my car. It was ready three days earlier which was nice. They even arranged with my insurance agent and the car rental place to come pick me up. I was spoiled. If your car is damaged, this is the place to go. Shout out to Drew.

Excellent service. Above and beyond what I expected. They arranged with my insurance agent and rental car company to bring me a car. That alone was great. Then they called and said my car was ready four days before the date they said it would be ready. That alone saved me money on my rental car. I would recommend them to anybody. My contract there was Drew and he was very professional.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision. I dropped off my vehicle for repairs, and today I received a call that it was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I could clearly see that the body panels did not line up properly and there were noticeable gaps near the headlight area. When I pointed this out, I was told that the issue was due to the use of aftermarket parts. That explanation does not make sense to me. If aftermarket parts do not fit correctly, OEM parts should be used to ensure the vehicle is repaired properly and returned to its pre-accident condition. The representative then told me that an old dent in the center of the bumper was causing the misalignment on the right side near the headlight. This explanation was difficult to believe because that dent had been there long before I brought the vehicle in for repairs and was present when I dropped it off. It is also located far from the area where the fitment issue exists. It felt like they were looking for reasons to explain away the problem instead of fixing it. To make matters worse, I was also informed that the replacement wheel they ordered was the wrong color, meaning I now have to wait even longer for my vehicle to be completed. This was another avoidable mistake that added unnecessary delays. What is even more frustrating is that this same vehicle was repaired by Caliber Collision previously. They should already have photos and records showing that the dent in the center of the bumper existed before this repair. At that time, the panel gaps and fitment were fine. Anyone looking at the vehicle can clearly see that the mounting points and alignment are not correct now. When I pointed this out, I was told that “Toyota just made it that way” and that the visible hooks had nothing to do with the gap issue. That explanation was not convincing. I expected professional workmanship, attention to detail, and honest communication. Instead, I encountered poor fitment, delays caused by ordering the wrong parts, and explanations that did not address the actual concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and hope management takes these issues seriously and corrects them properly.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision on Olive and Clovis Ave. I dropped off my car expecting a professional repair, but the entire process was frustrating from start to finish. About a week later, I was told my car was ready. When I inspected it, I immediately noticed that the front bumper on the right side, near the headlight, was not fitted properly and there was a visible gap. When I asked why, I was given different explanations by different employees. One person told me it was because of damage in the center of the bumper. Another told me it was because of aftermarket parts. Neither explanation made sense. I used to work in quality control for a car manufacturer in India, so I understand how body panels and bumpers should fit. The damage they blamed was over 2½ feet away from the area with the gap, so it could not reasonably cause the issue they were describing. I refused to accept the car. The manager came out and repeatedly told me he was losing money because he would have to replace the bumper out of his own pocket. They installed a brand-new bumper, but the exact same gap was still there. That proved the original explanation about the damage in the center of the bumper was incorrect. They asked me to bring the car back again and later called to say the gap had been fixed. When I arrived, the gap was still there. This time I was told the bumper expands in hot weather, which is another explanation that makes no sense. Does that mean I can only drive the car in winter? Before the accident, there was no gap at all. The only place with the problem is near the headlight, where I can clearly see the hooks and locking tabs. Instead of addressing the fitment issue, they acted as if those visible gaps were normal. I also had concerns about the wheel alignment. After the repair, the car continued to pull noticeably to the right. When I brought it back, they swapped the front tire to the rear and claimed the replacement wheel and tire from the accident repair were causing the issue. Even after moving the wheel, the car still pulls to the right. The alignment problem was never properly corrected. Overall, I received inconsistent explanations, poor workmanship, and repeated promises that the problems were fixed when they were not. I regret choosing Caliber Collision for my repairs and cannot recommend this location to anyone. I expected professional-quality repairs and honest communication, but unfortunately, I experienced neither.

I've lived in the area 30 years and had a variety of experiences with auto body shops for my car and other family members cars for a variety of reasons. The minute that my car was hit in the parking lot by a hit-and-run driver I knew that only place I would go would be caliber. I made an appointment with them before I even got the whole insurance processed. They take such good care of their clients and are so helpful
