They did a really good job. They kept me informed on repairs and all my questions and Andrew. He is really a cool guy and they gave me a ride home and he offered to pick me up. I will recommend everybody to go there.

The repair to my bumper was completed so timely! Drew at the location on Olive Ave in Fresno, CA had GREAT communication. The receptionist was also very friendly. Everyone was so professional. I love that they wash my car. Looks brand new!

The customer service was top notch. Great job keeping us informed about the progress of our repair. However, a little more attention to detail would have been nice. We used the location on Remington to fix our other car and it came back pristine, washed, detailed, AND polished. The detail and wash on the Lexus was okay but there were fingerprints still left on the doors and water spots left on the windshield and windows. Still, my car went in super dirty so we're happy with what we got. They also had not put the trunk sticker on yet when we picked up and we had to wait on that. Small things. Overall, good experience.
