My repairs were only half done and I was told the insurance denied the part I missed on the original claim but I reported it to your shop that I missed it, so I called the insurance and explained and was told they didn’t denied it . The shop did??? So it took longer than expected and didn’t get no more updates on my truck then the car rental company called telling me my rental car is up so I called for an update on my truck a weak later. But the repair was good.

Hi this is Alex I didn’t get a satisfactory job from the shop when I took the truck they were ok and I explained to them how homeless people were throwing rocks onto the freeway and broke my window and made the claim and how I was fokesed on the window and missed the grill which wasn’t very noticeable but still broke there respond was I don’t know if they’ve go for that .I left it at that but it still happened that day they called me when it was done and I went to pick up the truck after I had talk to insurance and got a different answer . Grill got covered thank you liberty mutual after that they told me they order the grill and it would take 2 to3 days didn’t get no more updates till I called them a week later because car rental was calling me about the car they didn’t update the car rental after it was all done the wire looked good thank you liberty you guys are awesome 👍

My experience with Caliber was the BEST I have ever had with a Auto Body Shop. They are very Professional, Knowledgeable , Respectful, Kind and go above & beyond to make sure Everything is going smoothly. Samantha was the person over seeing this whole process with my car. She was so AMAZING and kept me informed with everything as they worked through the process to completion. She always answered my questions completely and never made me feel like she didn’t have the time. She also helped me out with my Enterprise Rental Car situation. I was told by Hanford Enterprise that I couldn’t drop of my rental car at Caliber Auto when I pick up my car. That I would need to take it to an Enterprise dealership in Fresno then go get my car. Samantha went out of her way and made some phone calls . She worked everything out for me. She treated me like Family. Juanita who is the Secretary who answered the phone whenever I called was very Professional & kind. From the moment I dropped my car off and all through the process to the day I picked it up. My car looks AMAZING and I am so pleased with their work. They have Very high standards in everything they do. On a scale of 1 to 50, They get a 50 +. VERY SATISFIED 👍I’ve already told my Insurance, GEICO that they are the BEST. I would recommend this shop on Olive Avenue to anyone 👍 Absolutely Amazing Experience. Thank You Samantha, Juanita & Everyone involved with fixing my car👍👍🤗
