Staff was exceptionally polite, professional , and friendly, Luis and Samantha. My car sparkled like new. I had never seen it look this good since I had bought it used. And my car was finished 2 days before the estimated return date. This Caliber shop is the only one I will ever take my vehicles to in the future.

I’ve been in a few fender benders in my past and this one has to be one place everyone has to know about the I will be recommending everyone here for you this caliber cali collagen and Brian was the the took care of all my needs to get me back on the road fast and in my own car I was very impressed.if his boss reads this please give him a raise.

I really enjoyed my service! I was kept informed the entire time my car was in the shop. They were actually done early with my car so I got my car back sooner than expected. The car overall looked better than when I dropped it off. Luis detailed the inside and outside of my car too!! I will most definitely be come back in the future if I need my car fixed. I was hesitant to come to this location at first being that it’s so new but everyone at caliber exceeded my expectations especially the lady at the front desk (I forgot her name). She made me feel like family everytime I came into the location!

Hello. The customer service at Caliber Collision has been top notch! Excellent!! From the office manager, to Luis, to the emails and phone calls…all great. We did have to take the car back twice for some adjustments, which was a little concerning. However, both times the issue was fixed. If anything else arises in regards to the repair, we feel comfortable coming back and Luis will get it done. Thank you very much for everything.

Overall, we are satisfied with the completed job. We did have to leave our car there for an additional 4 days after we were instructed that the service was complete. My husband noticed some of the parts were not securely attached. Of course, it was addressed immediately, and we left the car there to address the unsecured parts. We locked up the car for the second time, appeared to be fine. However, after my husband got home, the parts were loosening up again. So, back went the car. It was, once again, immediately addressed and repaired. At this moment in time there is one little area that we are watching, and may have to take it back in again. We want to make sure it is secure after driving around for a few days. This leaves me a little bit apprehensive…and hoping the job that was done internally (what we can’t see from the outside) is done correctly and my car is perfectly put back together. This has been the only glitch we have right now. I want to emphasize that every time we have come back, the problem has been graciously addressed. We are just hoping we don’t have to keep going back to fix the new car parts that have been put on.

The Customer Service at Caliber Collision was excellent. Luis, our assigned CS Rep communicated with us regularly. He answered all our questions and took immediate action on our concerns. The office manager was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Everyone we interacted with had very pleasant phone etiquette, as well as in person . We had a very positive experience with customer service.
