They did an excellent job. Very professional, kept me up to date on progress, and the work was done well. Only two minor issues - there was one small piece not replaced but no fault of theirs as it was on backorder; also there was confusion on the bill and my payment of the deductible, mainly because of Metlife notifying Caliber of the $100 check we were getting. Recommend Metlife not notify the shop in instances like this to avoid confusion.

Jesse at Caliber provided by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair. He was always extremely courteous and made me feel like he was genuinely committed to making my repair happen in a timely manner. I can only hope that my next experience is half as good as it was with Jesse.

I really liked how they kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. Even though the car wasn’t completed on the original completion date, I appreciate that they did not rush the repairs and made sure that everything was done before returning to me. I will definitely recommend their services to others.
