The car wasn’t fixed completely, and dirty parts were left on the carpet inside the car which stained the carpet. We have come to caliber collision multiple times and this is the most disappointing experience we’ve ever had.

Thought the whole process went well. As far as I know at this point all repairs seem in order...thru the time truck was in shop I was kept well informed and updated.

I had the pleasure of being assisted through my process with Daniel again. He was amazing. Yet again I have no complaints with him individually. Of course there are some things that happen outside of his control and outside of his hands, but he does his absolute BEST to go above and beyond for his clients assigned to him.
