Honestly, I wish I could give a rating of higher than 10 because satisfied does not express the outstanding customer service given to me by Terri. Terri made the whole experience so easy and so pleasant. Terri was patient in explaining details and communicated regularly during the repair work.

Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Besides Terri, Crystal was also helpful. I left my jacket in the waiting area, and Crystal took the time to bag it and kept an eye on it until I picked it up. Customer service began and ended with a smile.

Ian and his crew beautifully repaired my vehicle. Despite some logistical challenges (parts arriving damaged or in the wrong color), the final product is stunning. I greatly appreciate their efforts to match the paint, to make sure the new rear door functioned properly, to repair a no-longer-manufactured decal, to remove some hazy grime from my headlights, and to clean the shop dust off the vehicle after the repairs. I appreciated Ian's help to reset my radio the day I picked up my vehicle, and I appreciated his friendly updates througout the process.
