I appreciate the bumper replacement, the customer service and the free cleaning of my car. Still, I feel that in the rush to get my car back to me, I could have had a new headlight cover. In the desire for a faster turn around, my headlight covers scratches were buffed out, but it became obvious to me later where the buffing occured. This saves insurance some money, but I would have preferred a new headlight cover if it meant waiting an extra day.

I had a great experience with caliber collision. I was well informed of every step that was happening with my car. I got text messages and updates constantly. My husband had an accident a year ago and took it somewhere else in his car was at that shop for almost 4 months and had new problems when we got it back. This experience was 100% different. My car was actually cleaner when I got it back then when I dropped it off. I had a fantastic experience thank you so much.

Staff at Caliber Collision did an Amazing job, once again on my Toyota Camry. My car looked brand new after their work was completed. This is not the first time they have done work on my vehicle as this was more like the fourth time and because of the fabulous job they had done in the past I chose them again and I would recommend others to do the same. Jason was great and so was the receptionist unfortunately I can't remember his name! All of the people I came in contact with were professional and courteous and super informative.
