Absolutely great customer service. Mime gave me a tentative timeline and exceeded expectations by getting the job done quickly and keeping me abreast of any changes. Jean (the front desk customer rep) was exceptional in explaining the repair process as well as contacting the rental company on my behalf. Thank you for setting the standard for any future repairs.
