I was Truly I’m impressed by the work that was done .I was informed every step of the way and the process was easy.Which helps in a stressful situation.We only had our car about 2 months before my accident.I knew the car would never be the same after being repaired.I was wrong.The work was so good you can not tell anything ever happened.Im truly impressed and thankful for the person who did the repairs.The front office staff were really helpful and reassuring that they would do there best.And I’m impressed.There is nothing I can say but what a Positive experience I have had throughout this unfortunate event.The work was completed way before the quote deadline by 7 days which also was impressive.I would recommend Caliber Collision to everyone I know.Thank you again for Everything sincerely Elizabeth and Larry.Joleana was very kind and helped calm my nerves and answered every question and was really kind.Anything I needed she was there throughout this entire process.I worked in customer service my entire life and your staff in Grass Valley was excellent.I can’t find anything I would improve on because they did a great job.Informative,kind ,available,knowledgeable.I can’t say enough good things about my experience.I was very impressed on how everything went.And whoever did the body work I want them to know they did an outstanding job.

After our car got hit, we took it to Caliber Collision and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My wife handled the drop-off, and when I called afterward with questions, Pete — our Service Advisor — took the time to walk me through everything clearly and thoroughly, from the repair process to how it all works with the insurance company. You can tell he’s the kind of person any business would be fortunate to have on their team. The repair work itself was excellent, and when we got the car back, it was cleaner than I ever could have imagined. We’ll definitely be recommending Caliber Collision to anyone who needs it.
