Great customer communication! Timely text and email updates on the process. Friendly staff in person too. The repair was seamless, just like new. Easy coordination with my insurance and the rental car place was right next door. All around great service! Would definitely go back to caliber again (although hope I don’t have too! No more accidents please).

The repairs and customer service were great! However a personal item was missing from my Toyota Highlander: the extendable cover for luggage placed in the back trunk space. Can you still locate it in the shop? I picked up my car on Thursday. It must still be around unless someone took it. Please let me know. Thank you
