Thank you so much for fixing my car. My mother as diagnosed with terminal cancer while my car was at your facility. I want to personally thank and commend Kelsey ( the employee from Downieville) . Her attention and grace helped me get by the hardest moment in my life. People like that are rare, genuine and I needed to make sure this facility knows what a wonderful individual she is.
