Work quality is flawless. The staff was enthusiastic, professional and great to work with. The costs were clearly explained and detailed and the repair was seamlessly coordinated with the insurance company and the rental car office... located in the same building.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received at Caliber - Grass Valley, California. Everyone I interacted with there treated me with courtesy and consideration throughout the entire process. The did an excellent job fixing my car - and what's more - they got me back on the road very quickly - much quicker than I was anticipating.
