From the start, everyone I interacted with at Caliber was helpful and kind. Gilbert Farinas in particular exceeded my expectations in how this situation would be handled. He called me twice a week every week for 12 weeks while we waited for parts to arrive. He never let me think I was forgotten and was so patient in explaining everything to me that I should expect and what work was done. He made me feel supported, like I really had someone on my side and looking out for me. I would 100% recommend Caliber because of my experience with him. On top of that the work that was done was high quality and I feel confident in driving away knowing this team did the work. Thank you!!

As far as ratings them it would be a 10 plus. You are so Blessed to have the employees you have.
