the repair/job on the car, was great, the communication was ok, I give it a 9, as I requested a quote to replace the windshield/glass for my car when I dropped it off at the shop, and the person who took care of my car, said will call next day to give me a quote, never did, and when I pick it up, I reminded him about the quote, said he'll be calling me the next day, and still waiting on his call till this day
