My repairs was done in a timely matter. The people were great excellent service there and I was real pleased with everything that kept me up-to-date on everything worked with me. I really had a great experience with caliber collision.

Overall, the customer service experience is great. No issues with communication or anything adjacent. There’s a few cosmetic details that were missed upon further inspection of the vehicle. Mainly what appears to be dried polishing compound all over the windshield and parts of the hood. Additionally, the paint on the front bumper and hood contains multiple areas with holograms, swirls, and pigtails.

Fantastic job. Great customer service, the service rep was in steady contact and the price very reasonable. The receptionist was very patient with all the wifi issues I had. Overall a phenomenal experience!!
