Ms. Ana Pinedo did a great job! From start to finish- getting my car out of the Towing company, to bringing it to Caliber Collission Center, Hawaiian Garden, in a timely manner, Ms. Ana facilitated it. She went above and beyond my expectations of the kind of service that Caliber has to offer me as a first time customer. Ms. Ana is friendly, professional and efficient. Ms. Valerie is also very helpful, she looked for and found my car key which was reported as lost/missing by the Towing company. It was also because of Ms. Valerie's concerted efforts that my problem in communiting from Bakersfield to Hawaiian Garden was solved. Over all, I was truly impressed and grateful for all the staff of Caliber Collission for a job well done on my car, and for the direct and constant communication in solving my problems and concern with my car repair.

We had a great experience. Everyone was very nice from start to finish of the process. I never felt inconvenienced once. I felt like everyone went above and beyond. The car looked great after and they even cleaned the inside including air freshener.
