Windshield wiper not adjusted properly. The windshield crawl for the rubber that goes across the bottom of the windshield is all beat up and there's still a clicking sound we're going in reverse in the front left corner that was not noticeable until after the accident

A few months ago, when Caliber was still Boyd's, I has body work and paint done on this vehicle and was very pleased. When I returned last month for this job to be completed, I was happy to see Caliber's sign, my insurance company (USAA) had recommended Caliber on the first job, but the closest shop was in South Carolina, A friend recommended Boyd's and I was happy with their work. I understand that the staff at Boyd's, stayed with Caliber except for one. Knowing these two things sold me on Caliber Collison (USAA's recommendation, they are the best, and almost the full staff of Boyd's, minus one, staying with Caliber sold me.)

Seams where parts come together, are perfect. Paint matches perfectly between parts painted and parts that were not painted. Even my friends could not tell what was painted and what was not painted.

The time for repair was excessive. It took us two months to schedule an appointment and then the vehicle was in their shop for almost five weeks. This was not a major repair, just a scrape long one door.

It would be helpful if you issued progress reports where are the expected time which you had the car was going to be over a week. If I had any complaints, it was the uncertainty about when I would get the car back. Meanwhile, thank you very much.

Dave and Randy were both very informative and easy to work with. Your receptionist is probably the friendliest person in Hendersonville. If it hadn't been for the transition of companies it would have gone even more smoothly. I would definitely recommend to others.
