I feel like the car does not drive as quiet as it used to before the repair. There is more noise than usual in the front right side. It used to be a very quiet ride now it seems heavy. Besides this everything else was A1.

When TONY introduced himself to me for the first time at Caliber Collision, first. I must say I was very impressed by his impeccable customer service skills, and on top of that he is extremely knowledgeable. He explained to me in details what steps that he and his team would have to maneuver through to get my car back to her original state. Well, here’s where TONY and his team stood out even more, my scheduled pickup date for my car to be completed was 16 February. However, because my husband and I are in the process of moving to our new home, TONY was able to accommodate us with his great big TONY smile! Here’s the deal, I know that put pressure on TONY and his team, however, I was NEVER made to feel bad, if anything, the QUALITY SERVICE was even kicked up a notch!! For a lack of a better way of saying this “the icing on the cake was put on when they brought my car out to me, after they had gotten it washed and detailed!! That attention to detail, no pun intended, is what puts Caliber Collision more than a cut above your competitors. TONY, SHERRY, and THE REST OF THE C.C. STAFF, YOU ALL ARE SECOND TO NONE!!!
