The office manager, Sherri Lawton, was very inviting upon walking through the front doors. She explained the process and answered all questions. The manager of Caliber, Shawn Godbolt, did the car walk through before and after and explained what will be fixed/did get fixed. Mr. Godbolt made sure I was satisfied and all questions was answered before driving off with the car.
