With my previous experience with this vehicle to the one I had at caliber is a night and day difference, I will be taking my car back there if another accident occurs but fingers crossed that doesn’t happen

Service was wonderful, was a bit slow to start the process after inspection to get my car dropped off, but that could have been due to insurance and switching shops. Over I am genuine happy with the service, quality, and care I received.

I have already made comments, but again, they did and do an outstanding job! I have gone to this job, in different iterations, a couple of times in the past. So, this is not a one time great job, it seems to be in their DNA. Bravo!

If there was a way to rate them higher than a 10 I would. The service that I receive is extraordinary. Joan sets everything up and keeps updating me, with a personal and kind touch. Brad also did an amazing job of prioritizing the work and keeping me informed. I am sure that there are other folks that contributed as well, I just don't know their names. In short, the Caliber team in Hopkins takes an unfortunate incident of needing post-collision repairs, and makes it into a positive experience with their commitment, skills and friendliness!
