Switchboard operator was rude and un compassionate could care less whether you got information on your car or not. was ridiculous. The part ordered was sent in worse condition than what they were dealing with delaying even longer to get the car fixed. In the end finally the repair worked looked really good and the manager did apologize for the answering service.
