Employees care about very good customer service. Very fast with labor and finishing of the vehicle depending on the damage. Also they keep an update on everything that is going with your car!!! I am very pleased with their services!!! Would recommend to anyone

I was concerned in beginning of experience. I talked with Melissa at progressive insurance and estimator with Progressive insurance. After conversation with both parties found out more about how relationship with Calibur works with Progressive. It was very comforting to know this piece of information. All employees with Progressive and Calibur actually were excellent. They handled situation very well. Im impressed with the system in place with insurance estimator on site. I Thank you all. I feel each party performed very well. Parts delay, damaged parts received, that out of the control of bodyshop and insurance. I understand completely. You guys done your job by communicating and very pleasant while doing so.
