Customer satisfaction is an obvious focus for this location. I was pleased with the entire staff, including the manager, who gave me a ride to Enterprise. Sarah, the 1st to greet me via phone and in person is an example to be measured by as to what customer service should look like. A smile is in her voice as she seeks to help. Sarah is an excellent representation for Caliber. Thank you all!

Sarah was my great first impression of this location. Excellent customer service is an obvious focus where professionalism reigns. Management was accommodating when an issue with the rental car company arose. The entire staff is on the same page titled, "customer satisfaction" to which they execute very well. I will recommend Caliber.
