Caliber Collision literally blew me away with the amazing customer service they provided. I have a handicap plate and needed my car for upcoming doctor appointments. I'm also petite and my car offered the visuals I needed. Caliber made it so easy by taking me to the rental facility right away. After driving the rental car home, I found it did not provide the visuals I needed as a petite person, Caliber took me back to the facility to select a car that would work for me. Caliber constantly updated me while my car was in the shop. I was shocked when I received a call that my car was ready much sooner than expected. Customer service like what Caliber Collision provided me is rare. Thank you Caliber Collision for Five Star customer service, my car looks great!!!
