One of the workers recognized our car had been dropped off for repairs. We have used Caliber in the past for repairs. He texted me and said he saw our car and asked if we were all ok. That was so kind. I truly appreciated that they not only recognized our car but took time to make sure we were ok. I was so so grateful and happy they would show that kind of concern
