they went above and beyond if I could rate them higher, I would they contacted me on everything. They told me where everything was how long it was going to be when stuff came in when I picked it up it was awesome. It looked as good as it was when it was brand new it only had 6000 miles on it when I hit the deer and they really did a good job on it. It was great I would give them a 10+ rating if I could.

Very nice people. They kept me informed on the progress of the work and checked the car over carefully to make sure it was ready when they were finished. An additional problem was detected and an additional part was ordered and installed, and when the work was done I was extremely happy with their service.

Everyone I dealt with at Caliber was so amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever seen. They all took the extra time to make sure everything worked out good for me and that it was a smooth process. Jasmine is amazing !! She did everything she could to help me. This specific location was so great to work with after an accident with our vehicle. They made working with our insurance so easy. Tab was so great to let us know where we were every step of the way and to keep us updated. He also notified us of a few problems that were wear and tear issues that needed to be fixed as well. ( we were not aware of these issues prior). I feel they went above and beyond to help answer our questions and help ease our stress while repairs were being done. Their customer service is great! I would not want to go to any other repair shop in the future! And our vehicle looked good as new when we picked it up. Thanks so much!

The Hyde Park, UT location is the facility we used for our vehicle repairs after an accident with our truck. Tab was amazing and kept us posted every step of the way including notifying us of a few repairs we needed to make on our vehicle that we were unaware needed to be repaired prior to the wreck. Our vehicle looked brand new when we picked it up. We were beyond happy with the customer service and quality of the work that was done. Would highly recommend.
