Tab, the service agent, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly in sorting out the repair estimate. Though the repair estimate was a little above the other shops, the detail of what the repair was going to be was more thorough and his estimate on repair time was spot on. On the days the car was at Caliber he kept me informed as to timing and process.

The repair took way more time than promised after they finally got the parts. Kept adding to the costs. Things that were supposedly on the original quote. Like decals, were handled like an afterthought.
