This is my first and only experience with Caliber Collision. I appreciate how quickly they could get me in to do the work following my accident. Their work was/is superb.

I received my car back in a condition better than before the accident. The repair was made to a new condition. The paint match was superb. The car was cleaned and vacuumed and the thank you note was a nice touch!

When the rental car company didn't have a car for me when I dropped off my vehicle, they gave me a ride to work. The rental car company said they couldn't get me a car until after 3pm. They offered to come pick me up later that day to take me, but I decline. The offer was nice. Throughout the repairs, I was contacted frequently on the status of the repair which was greatly appreciated.

I was completely blown away by the care and attention received from Staff at Caliber! From first contact to finish, they made me feel heard and were very instrumental in obtaining repair coverage for damages that the insurance company was debating covering. Even the receptionists make me feel like family. Plan to go back again and again with our auto needs.

They did exceptionally well with keeping me informed about what stage we were at the entire time and the quality of work was nothing short of excellent. The job that Caliber did is great. It is just what I expected. I would come back again and recommend it to frends and family. I was told that only a 10 rating was considered as a passing grade for your company. That is reduclis. To me a 10 means that they a lot more than was necessary. You need to get your act together. To me a survey that requires a 10 tells you nothing.
