One of the main repairs that was supose to be dun was replacing a broken pice of plastic well it was verry shotely glued back together makes me wonder if any of the broken tabs on the body parts where fixed or if they just doctored them up also .and to top things off the bill was about 3000 more then the original quote they told me they would call me about the overcharges and the part that was glued and they never bothered to call me i would have let it slide if it wasnt for the extra charges i understand that everyone wants to make money and for as little efort as possible but at least do a good patch job not a crappy one

The bumper that was put on had a dent and a scratch in it from the manufacturer, also it was not square with the truck, it's over to the right side. They were able to contact the manufacturer of the bumper and they are sending a new one. I was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks for that one to get here. And the inner fender liner was not completely installed

Given that my insurance seemed to do the opposite, that meant a lot of very frustrating phone calls for everyone involved. They really went to bat for me at every possible opportunity.
