Overall my experience with the Hyde Park Caliber Collision was excellent. I appreciate their dedication to frequent communication. The condition of the vehicle when finished was great. I appreciate the analysis they did on the car. They took time to go over the identified issues and reviewed how they remedied them. They walked around the vehicle during pick-up, showing what was done so the customer could visualize the changes before leaving. The employees definitely work as a team to create a friendly yet professional approach to what can be a very stressful experience. Definitely 10/10!
