Beyond excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the door through the entire process of being updated on the progress of my car repair to the very last moment of picking up my car I was soooooo happy and impressed with the workmanship on my car. My car repair made my car look brand new. My coworkers were so impressed with the repair and also the matching of the paint being so perfect. Beyond excellent customer service from the moment I contacted Caliber and the moment I stepped in the door to the minutes I stepped out of the building the excellent friendly customer service. I was so impressed with their updating me on the progress of my car, and the workmanship is beyond excellent. I received so many compliments on the workmanship. The repair work was fantastic. You are unable to tell my car was in an accident. The repair took an additional 7 days, however, due to Caliber ordering the incorrect door for my car. May I recommend trying to fit parts prior to tear-down, paint, and reassembly. This would have identified the disrepancy and shortened the delay in returning the car to the customer. Everything else about my experience was fantastic. Caliber employs very professional employees, keeps the customer informed on the repair process with updates, and again the repair work itself was impeccable.
