The staff at Caliber are the best ive ever seen. They worked hard on my car to get it ready for me. Jr Head was my contact person . He stayed in contact with me very often. Customer service and satisfaction is his goal. My brother died on Easter morning. We cqme to Flirida from Ticonderoga New York almost a 2 day trip to handle my brothers affairs. On. the way to doing my brothers estate sale we got into a car accident at the fault of another. I had to come back down for his services and knowin g that i wouldnt be anle to make another trip to Florida Jr and his staff worked really hard to get it don e for me. They got it dine a day earlier than planned. He made sure ev everything was gon e through an d perfect for us. Ive never seen a better person who represents such a company. He stated that although he didnt own the company anything that had his name on it or thst he was responsible for that he represented the company and his work.
