There was still damage to my truck when I came to pick it up on Friday evening. I was told I would get a call the following Monday to schedule the rest of the repair and have not heard from anyone all week. Between incomplete repairs and the inability of employees to do what they say they are going to do, I would not recommend Caliber Collision.

The front desk was amazing however the inability of the estimator to accurately assess all the damage at once and not call to schedule the repairs that were missed is frustrating. The only reason I gave a 5 instead of a 1 was because of the front desk.
