It took a week longer than quoted causing an extra week of cost for a rental car. Parts were installed obviously missing components, so we have to bring the vehicle back after you reorder new parts, to take out and reinstall said parts.

Abbie and Sara are amazing to work with! When I first walked into Caliber, Sara immediately stopped what she was doing and asked “are you ok? I know you have a car seat in your vehicle. Is little one ok?” I felt so seen and knew I would be in good hands. When I met Abbie and did the walk around my car, she began with asking the same questions before we dove into the process. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed with routine text updates and phone calls about status. Abbie was so patient with me and my questions. I really cannot express my gratitude to everyone at caliber.
