Caliber was excellent to work with for our truck repair. I’ve never had the extent of damage we had repaired be completed so quickly. Their communication was the best part. The cherry on top was getting into our vehicle after picking it up and seeing power washed floor mats and a total wipe down.

The team was great. I did not like the fact that I could not pay cash for other body work outside of the insurance claim while my truck was at caliber. Now I still have to take it to another place to get a separate repair completed and that is very inconvenient for me

The length of time to complete my jeep was absurd, compared to other places in town. There is also a noticeably larger gap on the right side of my vehicle hood and light compared to the left side of my vehicle hood and light, although I’m sure if I take it back, I will be without my vehicle another 6+ weeks.
