I would definitely use them again, if necessary. They are in a great location. The people were friendly and helpful. I did have to call periodically to find out the status of my repair work, but they always got back to me in a timely manner.

When I originally brought the car in they told me they would be contacting me two or three times a week to keep me updated. That didn't happen. I did get updates but only when I stopped in the shop after several days. I'm big on communication. Your credibility is based on doing what you say you're going to do when you say you're going to do it. I would let the experience prevent me from using them again. Just wanted to give them a little feedback,

Too many cars in that place two employees only reluctantly took it there because travelers had a deal with them and everywhere else I called were booked

The shop did a large amount of work to restore my vehicle and am grateful for that it it took 26 days to do it in with little information as to the progress

Corey was informative but never had enough information from the people doing the work to be helpful. He lacked confidence because of this my smart phone message even picked up his voice labeled low self esteem

the work performed was great. However, their communication was very poor. I called several times over a weeks time and told I would get a call for a status update, only to not receive one. I had to drive there and voice my frustration in order to get any sort of assistance. This was very disappointing, given one of their first selling points when we brought the truck in was how I would be hearing from them "more than I may want to" regarding updates and how they always keep their clients in the loop. After driving there, communication improved.
