Caliber in Jefferson City did an excellent job on my Ford Explorer. Just super fantastic. Ariel De Armas , the general manager, has all his staff motivated to do an excellent job. This was the best service I have received in several years from any type of service provider. If I could rate the experience as “11” I would.

They didn’t take care completely of what need done the hood is still warped, a little bit, though it was changed to had to use a used one. They did not paint and repaired the bumper. It had a good gouge in it and when I called them out, they just had an excuse instead of saying well we’ll try to get you back in here adjust the hood and I will paint the bumper at a different time, and I told them to at least go buff out some of the scratches which intern Toby did, I would’ve liked to gave a higher score. However, the paint job does look very nice.

They did a nice job painting it, but they didn’t follow instructions. They did not fix the bumper that was scratched and gouged out so I can’t give them any higher than six.

Unless something improves with their automated system and their customer service skills while speaking with someone. I would not recommend this location and needs much improvement as a new location in Jefferson City. I can not speak for other locations of Caliber.

Very pleased with the work there done by the mechanics. However, there is alot to be said about the automated notification system that needs improvement fast! I recieved two false pickup dates for my car to be picked up and no certain pickup date from the staff. I recieved no calls stating that the process would take longer which would have been MUCH appreciated and was put on hold and transferred everytime I called to recieve a proper estimated time. Did not appreciate being talked over when trying to ask questions regarding such a serious matter.
