I was very disappointed that when I arrived to drop off my car, they told me there had been a mistake and they had to ship my car to Jeff city or I’d need to schedule elsewhere for another day. I was told having it sent to Jeff city would mean it would actually be done faster since they have less work to do there. But I was without my car for 3 weeks waiting for the repair to be done. Normally I’m really happy with Caliber but I didn’t like having to ship my car off.

My car looks very good and the service at the front desk with I believe her name was Kelly was above and beyond. However, I think the service writer needs some training and how to be professional and speak professionally.

First of all when I got my car back I noticed the steering wheel had a big scratch on it then the weather stripping on the doors was falling off because they failed to push it back in I ended up doing it and on the inside of my car dust all over the back door panel I don’t really even know if it was dust it was hard to get off and I’ve had my cars in the past have body work done and when I got my car back it was clean top to bottom inside and out I wouldn’t recommend caliber collision the work that was done was fine but overall I’ve had better experiences from other body shops without more damage done to my car
