There was no communication at all! No one told me when my car left the shop to go to the other shop, i had to call to get updates on my vehicle. and when i called to see if my car was going to be back they didn’t call me to inform me it wasn’t coming back that day. very upset with the customer service

I was very satisfied with the positive attitude and the welcoming that we felt walking into this business and I believe the lady at the front desk name was Kelly. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable of what was going on was able to jump in and help me and get everything taken care of with the insurance all I had to do was show up handover my keys and walk away, and they took care of the rest, and I also love the fact that they have a lifetime warranty on their work so if anything whatever have been or come apart, I am able to go back and they’re able to fix that for me. I love that about the business.
