This is my 2nd time taking my truck to caliber and both times I was disappointed the 2nd time more than the first time. The 1st time was at the Mosel location, and I have dripping paint that dried on my hood, and door. The back of my driver side came off and they never fixed it. The 2nd time I went to the Crosstown location, and it took 3 weeks over the estimated time, which is ok but the communication was terrible, and when I went to go pick the truck up the guy was supposed to go over what they did with me but he didn’t. I showed him scratches on the pillar from the fender hitting it, and I asked him if it will start to rust he said it shouldn’t, instead of taking care of it. I will not recommend this place or come here again.
