I was quite concerned when AutoNation was purchased by Caliber as my previous experience with a different Caliber shop was horrible, and AutoNation (Freddy and the team) was heads-and-shoulders above Caliber. Luckily the extreme professionalism and friendliness or AutoNation (Freddy and the team) was preserved in Caliber Kissimmee, and like all my previous experiences with Freddy and the team, this was no exception. I had a great experience with Caliber from start to finish, they made it so easy. The front desk associate was awesome. Very kind and friendly, she was a pleasure to work with. Along with my go to guy Freddy, he was also great to work with, he answered any questions I had and the update notifications were very helpful. I work from home so getting the texts helped out greatly.

Everything that was messed up because of the accident was fixed to my satisfaction. However, the interior door panel lock button was broken by the repair shop and they didn’t fix it, nor did they tell me they broke it.
