Athena was SO wonderful. She literally kept me up-to-date every single step of the way! Usually, in instances when I’m at the mercy of a repair shop, I have to call constantly to check in on my car & see if there are any new updates. Athena didn’t have to be prompted AT ALL. She was just on it right from the start! Honestly, I would say that I’ve never in my life ever experienced better customer service. I know I can’t be the only customer Athena was taking care of, but she truly, legitimately made me feel like it was one-on-one attentiveness and care.

Customer service is excellent. My car looked practically brand new and they went the extra mile for me which was appreciated. My 2nd time at this shop, hopefully wont need a third...but, if I do I'll be sure to return!
