I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. It was so nice and convenient for me in every way. From communicating with the car rental company to getting the front end aligned. The car looked as if there was never any damage. The direct contact person at Calliber Collision was so on her game. She was so helpful. I was given an update via text daily. That was much appreciated. The contact alerted me and even set up a time to have my battery repaired. That had nothing to do with the accident. She went above and beyond what I ever expected. She delivered in every way. If a need ever arises, I would not hesitate to give Calliber my business again. Again, I was very much impressed.
