In looking at the work product I was very pleased at the results. My tailgate and my bumper were damaged and it is now back to where it was when I originally purchased the vehicle. It was very convenient to have a rental company there and ready to accommodate my rental needs as well. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had to consistently be the one to reach out to see how my car repairs were coming. When it was ready for pickup I started driving home and heard a clicking noise. Went back to caliber to find out while it was getting fixed a bolt ended up in my tire. Thy said they were going to take it to Pep boys to see if it could be fixed. I came to pick it up 2 days later and found out after asking many questions that someone at caliber patched it not Pep boys like I was initially told. Repairs look good and all seems to work well but communication and extra needed repair was a nightmare!

Repairs from wreck excellent. Communication during repairs was almost non existent. Ending up with a bolt in my while getting the other repairs and the way that was handled I am dissatisfied with also!
